A unique wine less commonly seen on Central Otago and New Zealand vineyards. Our Sauvignon Gris offers lifted spicy guava and passionfruit aromatics, followed by a lush warmly-textured palate with a strong lingering finish.
The Paddons Paddock Jessica Sauvignon Gris is named after the Paddon family’s eldest daughter. Jessica is currently studying Commerce, Marketing and Business at the University of Otago in Dunedin. She works on the vineyard when she is at home on holidays, and safe to say her university degree comes in very handy – she has a lot of input!
